This sixty nine year old attorney from Los Angeles is still making headlines in a major way. Just recently, she took on a case in which a Fresno resident, father of two - J. Quinn, is suing Roger McDowell, pitching coach for the Atlanta Braves, for making strong homophobic remarks and inappropriate gestures with a baseball bat. 

 All of this allegedly happened is presence of Quinn’s two 9 year old daughters who were with him at the park stadium. This is Quinn and his attorney G. Allred, recreating the "traumatic event" - with his children present.

Gloria Allred always championed controversy. Some of her famous lawsuits include suing the Boy Scouts for not allowing girls take membership, and KMART for having a boys toy section and a girls toy section. She referred to the Boy Scout’s policy of admitting only boys as "gender apartheid".
Numerous times she was quoted saying that George W. Bush is “president select”, and has once called a Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas an “Uncle Tom”.
During the days of the 2003 California gubernatorial recall election, Allred accused Arnold Schwarzenegger of being a Nazi sympathizer by stating that there were "six million reasons not to vote for him". No allegations of Schwarzenegger ties to Nazism have ever been substantiated.
